After being a part of Ignite from its very conception and working their way up through executive member roles, Martha and Greta have officially taken on leader roles within Ignite outside of its executive committee.

 

Martha now acts as Ignite's Artistic Director, having taken over from previous Artistic Director Michael Richardson, who held the role from 2021 - 2025. This means that Martha now oversees and is in charge of the artistic direction for all Ignite productions. Martha has previously held the position of Secretary within the Ignite executive committee, and has currently taken over as our Financial Officer.

As well as being the Chair-person for Ignite's executive committee, Greta has also taken on the role of Executive Producer of Ignite, meaning that she oversees everything that happens in Ignite and manages the entire company and its members. Greta has been the longest-running Chair-person of Ignite, a role that has prepared her well for this incredible step-up.
